Information to Subscribers

Cost of the journal is $44.00 per issue (excluding GST, including postage
and handling) for subscribers resident in Australia and $55.00 (Australian)
for subscribers resident overseas (delivered economy airmail for overseas
subscribers); (one issue per year).
Readers can also purchase a 'one-off' copy of a particular issue.
You may either send a cheque with your subscribtion notice, or we will
invoice you when you receive your first issue.
